With use of a private garden, garage and parking, this is a fabulous location for families to come and enjoy the Devon coastline with everything at your fingertips. 

You will access the property via a blue picket gate. The main entrance will lead you up a flight of stairs to the main landing. From here you have direct access to the large lounge, two bedrooms the family bathroom and the dining room though which you will pass through to access a fully fitted bright galley kitchen. The hallway has various cupboards for storage. The next set of stairs will take you up to your Master bedroom with en-suite and views of the Devon Coast line.
