  • 3 night minimum stay applies at certain times of the year, excluding half term weeks, Christmas and New Year.

  • 7 night minimum stay applies at certain times of the year with changeover day on Friday.

  • Electronic guest/property guide will be sent once the 'Online Check In' form is complete.

  • Infants welcome - however you are required to bring your own cot and highchair as these are not provided

  • No smoking or vaping permitted inside the property.

  • Pets are not permitted.

  • No parties permitted.

  • No BBQs permitted on balcony.

  • The bi-folding doors have vacuum seals so the handles can be a bit stiff to open but do open completely to provide that open feel to the rest of the property. 

  • Due to the train track below you are not permitted to place anything over the balcony balustrade 

  • Children should be, supervised at all times when on the balcony. 

  • The Property owners and Saltwater Escapes are not able to accept responsibility for any accidents that should occur. 

  • Grand Banks is located next to a west coast railway line so there is some noise from the trains during the day. However, the trains do not run overnight. For steam train enthusiasts this is a fantastic location for watching Devon's steam trains that regularly pass through Teignmouth during the spring and summer months.   

Property Access

  • From the street there is a ramped path leading to the ground floor entrance which then leads to the main stairs and elevator.
