Located alongside a family friendly holiday park with seasonal facilities available, Ocean View Chalet is an excellent choice for those looking for a great value for money choice for a self-catering holiday in Devon. Just 150 yards from stunning Fishcombe Cove in the beautiful harbour town of Brixham. Perfect for both couples and families of all ages.

 

Well-presented with a relaxed home from home feel, this chalet makes a cosy and comfortable base for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area. The open-plan living area features a large window with a beautiful outlook over Torbay. The carpeted lounge area offers comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player and electric feature fire making a cosy spot for relaxing after a long day exploring.

 

A newly fitted kitchen provides a well equipped space for preparing meals for the family. This includes an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice box along with a dining table to seat four guests. If you fancy a night off cooking, Brixham is only a short walk away and you will be spoiled for choice for places to eat out.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds, each displaying cheerful décor and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms share a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

 

The adjacent holiday park’s facilities also include a heated indoor pool, available to guests at no extra cost! Whilst there is plenty to keep you entertained on the holiday park, you won't want to miss out on exploring the local area. The pretty Fishcombe Cove lies just at the bottom of the hill in front of the holiday park, home to the Fishcombe Cove Cafe, Gold winner of 'Best Cafe of the Year' award in the Devon Tourism Award 2021. Follow the South West coast path 5 minutes down through the adjacent National Trust woodland and you will find yourself at the very picturesque and sheltered Churston Cove and beyond that is Elberry Cove. These sheltered coves are popular with seals, and paddle boarders! Brixham itself has plenty to offer including an array of shops, cafes and restaurants together with a range of boat trips from the harbour including mackerel fishing and sea-fari cruises where you can spot the dolphins.

 

To the front of the property, there is a small but sunny terrace area that enjoys views across Torbay. The property also offers allocated parking for 1 car.
